Vintage Table top desk fan made by R&M Banner (Robins and Myers). It is a one speed fan that oscillate's and is adjustable up and down. It has a beautiful original patina, and is in amazing shape. The cord is in excellent condition. It measures 16" tall from the base to the top of the fan, and measures 11" wide. In great working condition!........
