LHW Wood Planer Laupheim Germany

 

This is an old LHW Carpenter's wood planer made by Laupheimer Tool Factory, Laupheim Germany. Laupheimer had made many plow planes. This particular one was under the name Holzwerkzeigfabrik during 1935-1945 era. This hand tool is still in very good used vintage condition with some signs of wear. Wedge blade still has a sharp edge with no nicks. Stamped in steel on wedge cutting blade is LHW in a circle, around circle reads: Halzwerkzeigfabrik A.G., LAUPHEIM. Measures: 9 1/2" long x 2 1/2" wide x 5 1/2" tall to top of handle. Please view pictures and contact us with any questions.
