Dietz Vesta Railroad Lantern N.Y. USA

 

This is a Dietz Vesta Railroad Lantern with raised stamped letters on hood stating, "NEW YORK USA R.F.& P.R.R." which to the best of my understanding represents Richmond, Fredericksburg and Potomac Railroad. Embossed on the glass globe is "CNX DIETZ VESTA and NEW YORK USA". This lantern is in very good condition with some rust and wear due to it's age and with all movable parts moving freely. Globe is damage free with no chips or cracks in glass.
This would make a great addition to any collection.
