This is a Manning Bowman single speed Model 08506 table top or desk fan manufactured by McGraw Edison Company during the 1950's era. The fan can swivel up or down by loosening and adjusting the wing nut at it's swivel point. This a very nice non oscillating fan in good working order. Plug it in and fan will automatically turn on (no on off switch). The fan cord is approximately 4 1/2 feet long and appears to be in very good condition with no cracks or tears in outer jacket.
It measures approximately 10 1/2" tall when fully upright, base is 5 1/2" long x 3 1/2" wide. and cage is approximately 9" in diameter.
