Vintage Nelson Automatic Pop Up Toaster

This Nelson pop up toaster CAT. No. 1001 was made by The Nelson Machine & MFG Co in Ashtabula, Ohio. Chrome in color, etched wheat flowers on both sides, black handles with black timer to adjust the dark to light. Push down the handle to insert sliced bread and listen to the timer click, "POP!" toast pops up. Wow, really takes you back in time. This appliance appears to have been unused, as to elements and inside of toaster are spotless. Cord is also in excellent condition with no apparent sign of use. It would be my guess to maybe this was a repeat wedding gift that was stored away until another was broken??? In excellent condition this toaster measures approximately 7 1/2" high and 9" long by 5 1/2" wide. As with any electrical appliance, this toaster is being sold as is.
