This antique kerosene/oil lantern has a brass double wick Miller burner (see picture). This was most likely used as a chicken brooder, egg candler or even just for light. The galvanized metal appears to have been painted over with signs of the paint wearing off. The dual Miller Lamp Company burner is unique and rare and can screw off easily. In addition, the filling cap removes easily to pour in the fuel. The base is approximately 10" in diameter and contains a finger loop. This will not include a chimney or glass. The pictures pretty much speaks for themselves but feel free to contact me with any questions.

  1. We have a small kerosine lantern with the following presses into the top of the base: BOY PA SEPT 19th76. Can you tell us anything of its origin?
